This is a great training activity to nail the basics of winning the contest at stoppage, especially for lesser experienced players regardless of age.
It takes a tiny slice of the game and narrows the focus so players only need to focus on a few learning points so as not to overstretch too much and new habits, and thus game intelligence, can be attained.
I'll lay out the activity in it's most basic form but you can build of of this as much as you like.
