The first clip shows Geelong's kick out team defense formation which is nothing ground braking but it does show the discipline players need within it to give what you're prepared to give and take away what you want to take away, and any deviation from that from just 1 player can break the entire system down.
The 2nd clip shows a basic numbering off situation from St Kilda in their forward 50 and how it can overcome an outnumber disadvantage and at the very least, result in a stoppage in your own forward 50 and the chance for your entire team to reset around, behind and in front of the ball.
