This post is focused on the St Kilda/Port Adelaide game from this past weekend with 3 clips from that game.
The first clip looks at how Poet Adelaide develop their forward half defensive formation while possessing the ball through slow play and then I suggest a minor improvement on how they could have really ramped the pressure up on the Saints.
The second clip looks at both teams being rather disorganised - the Saints with a huge outnumber at the actual stoppage and then the Power with a huge advantage in front of the ball.
The third clip looks at the starved-scoring Saints and their extremely cautious ball movement, where instead of playing into space where they had the outnumber advantage, they went skinny and actually gave up ground in the process.
