I just found these in my training activities file from the Swans 2022 pre-season.
The first 2 are for your forwards to get into the habit of doing their work prior to leading for the ball to create space for them to mark and the kicker to be able get the ball to them to do so.
The 3rd on is just a basic 3 player ground ball activity suitable for all players.
The 4th activity is a kicker decision-making and receiver space-finding activity, a couple of the real fundamentals of football (kicking and handballing aren't really fundamentals!).
