This is a progression from the basic Rondo Drill posted a few weeks back and one we use at DFS a fair bit with our younger groups but it holds up for any age group/ability.
This Rondo variation trains:
- Clean Hands
- Creating/Utilising Space
- Game Simulated Change of Direction
- Perception-Action Coupling (most important)
