THE PROCESS LEVEL II PART 3 - FERGUS CONNOLLY / CAM JOSSE

The last post from the Process Level 2 looked a lot at the 4 co-active model which I have posted about a lot and for good reason - it's the best and simplist way to judge players current development as a player over all aspects of the game.

Local/amatuer footy has such a high focus on the physical co-active of footy which, even if you max that area out, is still only at best, fulfilling 25% of your full potential.

Worse still, even when players get to a relatively high level of the physical co-active, we try and push them and higher, resulting in lack of motivation from minimal benefits from such a high volume/intensity of work and still you're totally ignoring the other 3 co-actives for the most part.

Today we look at what good and bad teams do and also how games fit into team training and to optimise the use of them.
