FREE TRAINING DRILL - STRAIGHTENING UP KICKING DRILL

Here’s a simple kicking skill drill you can do on your own or with a mate or 2.
The main focus is to straighten up your body (hips/shoulders) towards your target which is implicitly inserted into this drill by the use of the initial cones in the first video below.
Also in my video series I’m aiming at some baseball pads on some wire netting at a local area here in Newport, Melbourne of which you could do the same at some cricket nets and simple take an old bed sheets down with you and tie it up to use as your target.
